Refund Policy — Cimero

1. In-depth assessment (Deep Assessment)

Full refund if you request it before submitting your intake form.

Once your intake form is submitted and your colleagues have been invited to give feedback, the fee is non-refundable, because the assessment work and third-party participation have already started.

Delivery commitment: your baseline report usually arrives in about 10 days. If we do not deliver it within 21 days of receiving your intake form, for reasons on our side, you can ask for a full refund at any time until the report is delivered. If some of the colleagues you invited do not answer, we complete the report with the evidence available and say so in the report; this does not by itself qualify for a refund.

Pilot guarantee: if you purchased the assessment at the pilot price and, within 7 days of receiving your baseline report, you tell us it was not useful, we refund 100% of the fee.

If you enroll in the development program within 14 days of receiving your program offer, the full assessment fee is credited to your first program quarter. The credit is applied at checkout through the enrollment link we send you. After those 14 days you can still enroll, at the full quarterly fee.

2. Development program

The program is billed quarterly as a subscription. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops your next renewal.

First quarter: full refund if you request it within 14 days of your first payment. The assessment credit applied to that quarter is not refunded separately.

After that period, the current quarter is non-refundable, and your access continues until the end of the quarter you paid for.

3. How to request a refund or cancel

Write to hello@cimeroexec.com from the email you used to pay, with the word REFUND or CANCEL in the subject. We confirm within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Where Stripe acts as the seller of record for your purchase, refunds are issued through Stripe under this policy.

4. Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
